This session will focus on the new and expanded definition for speical populations defined categories of special populations under Perkins V. Discussion will focus on new opportunities in CTE recruitment as well as best practices to increase the recruitment, participation, and retention of underrepresented, and nontraditional students in CTE and STEM disciplines in the state of Iowa.
