In 2020, for the first time, Iowa school districts and community colleges are collectively engaging in the Comprehensive Local Needs-Assessments (CLNAs) as part of their Perkins V application. This information will be used over the next four years in a longitudinal study to examine the impact of the CLNA work in improving the alignment of CTE programs with labor market needs. Participants will also learn about the role of Regional Planning Partnership’s roles in supporting schools and colleges in the delivery of high-quality CTE programs and alignment with regional workforce needs.
